REACH Educational Health Class

Saturdays from 10-11am. REACH stands for Realistic Education Addressing Conditioning and Health. The San Luis Obispo County YMCA is offering a fitness program specifically designed for people with developmental disabilities. All ability and skill levels in fitness are welcome to participate in the class. The goal of this program is to empower young people with developmental disabilities in the areas of independent living skills, social learning, and creating healthy habits in their daily lives.
