This class if for YMCA members and takes place every Tuesday, and Thursday from 5:30-6:30 pm in Studio 2. This class will emphasize core strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration. The class is for all levels, including beginners. You'll be guaranteed to leave class in a positive state of spirit, mind and body.
