Project Surf Camp (PSC) is a charitable organization designed to educate individuals with special needs. Our mission is to build self confidence, self-esteem, and self-efficacy, and we provide opportunities to build social skills, improve physical fitness, develop healthy outlets for stress reduction, and foster independence.Our surf camps take place from June 11,2025 - July 12, 2025 between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Camp days are split into half-day sessions of 4-hours each.We focus on specialist intervention and providing individual feedback and support. Camps will be held at Morro Rock Beach near the Morro Creek outlet (Arrive first at Coleman Park on the Embarcadero, along the Harbor Walk, and we will caravan together to the beach). St. Timothy’s welcomes youth and considers them an integral part of our parish. The Youth Group teen program is open to all 7th through 12th grade students. The mission of the program is to help teens become more familiar with living their faith in the contemporary world as Catholics and growing closer to God and Jesus. Meeting time is every Sunday from 9:20 to 10:20 am at St. Timothy's Catholic Church (962 Piney Way, Morro Bay, CA 93442)

All paint out meetups are FREE and will begin at 9:30 on location. Please RSVP each week for the paintout you will attend – mrswothe@yahoo.com. This allows the group to know who they’re painting with. Lunch and optional critique to follow at 12:00 pm at agreed upon location near the initial meeting. All levels and all mediums welcome. July 8-10, 2025. 10am-12pm. For ages 6-12. Are you ready to get messy? We will be learning about printmaking tools & techniques that are sure to make a big impresson! Students will create a series of their own pop art style relief prints. We will also try Gyotaku, a traditional form of Japanese printing with real fish and seaweed on rice paper. $120/week includes all supplies and snacks. Worship service is at 10:00 AM with Communion every Sunday. Youth enjoy the first half of the service including a Children’s Sermon, at which time they are dismissed to Sunday School. Fellowship hour follows every service with coffee, special treats and some lively conversations! Location: Cavalry Lutheran Church (480 Monterey Avenue, Morro Bay, CA 93442).

Our surf lessons are available year-round! We offer Morro Bay surf lessons at all ages, skill, and ability levels; we have four primary categories: Fundamental, Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. Lessons are 1.5 hours long and provide all the gear you need, including Surfboard, Wetsuit, and Instructor. All surf lessons are private, so it will be just you, your family or friends and the instructor. Lesson start times are 10 am, 12:15 pm, and 2:30 pm. We teach surf lessons in Morro Bay everyday. We also teach surf lessons in Cayucos as well. All of our surfing locations are between 18-22 minutes west of San Luis Obispo. Depending on current surf conditions, location may vary to make sure we are surfing the best waves possible. Prices range from $75-120 per lesson. Process Art & STEAM focus on making, experimenting, and discovering. We will explore new techniques, innovative materials, and unusual tools to encourage thinking outside the box. $120/week includes all supplies and snacks. Jun 15, 2025 - Jun 29, 2025. For ages 8 - 15. Junior Guard Bootcamp will be held on Sundays from 1:30pm - 2:30pm. Bootcamp focuses on participant getting back in the water, building strength and endurance, and improving water treading abilities all while having fun! Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted in the deep end of the pool. Morro Bay Recreation has a no refund policy. Activity meeting dates. Session 3 - June 15th, 22nd and 29th. JG Boot Camp will focus on getting back in the water, building swimming skills, improve treading water techniques, while having fun! $75.00. Sundays from 5-6pm (60 min). Reiki Sound Bath is a potent combination of two nourishing and revitalizing modalities. Every Sunday. 9:00 PM-10:00 PM (60 min). Join us for a community yoga class led by a recent graduate of our yoga teacher training program. Class style will vary week by week, depending on the instructor. Class will always be all levels and include a savasana sound bath. This class is free for members and only $10 for non-members.
