The Cancer Well-Fit Program is a 10-week program that runs quarterly. Class size is limited and meetings are three times per week from 11am - noon. Address: 1051 Las Tablas Rd., Templeton, CA 93465. At the end of each session, participants are assisted in developing a personalized fitness program which they can continue as a way of life. This event requires pre-registraiton and a doctor's medical release. It is offered free of charge to all participants and is open to all survivors within the first year of diagnosis. Every Friday. Meeting times vary by month: 9 or 9:30 am from Dec-March; 9 am from April- June; 8:30 am in July and Aug; 9 am from Sept-Nov. We meet at Templeton Park, Templeton, and ride to Inland North County between Paso Robles and Atascadero. Distance: 35 to 45 miles, terrain is rolling to hard hills, and the average speed is 12 to 15 mph. We regroup every 30-45 minutes to wait for slower riders.
