Square Dancing Lessons - 13 Week Course (Sept. 11 - Dec. 11)

Activity location: SLO Senior Center / 1445 Santa Rosa St. This 13-week course offers a dynamic introduction to Social Square Dance, guiding students through approximately 50 essential dance calls. Each week is thoughtfully structured to reinforce previously learned steps while introducing a few new calls, making the learning process both manageable and enjoyable. The course fee covers all thirteen weeks, providing participants with full access to instruction, resources, and practice opportunities needed to build confidence and proficiency. By the end of the program, students will be equipped to actively participate in SSD events, not only within their local community but also at gatherings across the country.
