Opportunities for ADUs and THOWs in Backyards

Smart Share is a neutral non profit with staff experts in the ADU realm that can share ideas and legal options without any sales pitch. What is the difference between an ADU and a tiny home on wheels (THOW)? Come find out what the regulations are in the City of San Luis Obispo and whether one of these options may be right for you at a FREE workshop. These can be great solutions to add more affordable housing, generate equity, house family members, age in place and build wealth. Workshops will be at the SLO Library Community Room.
