Illuminate for Lumina

A sound healing & myofascial release workshop. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Lumina Alliance. February 22nd from 2-3:15PM. Join Jahara Sara, occupational therapist, and Jamie Nicole, sound healer and mindfulness teacher, for a restorative workshop combining self myofascial release practices and sound healing. When you attend this event you are contributing to community care. All proceeds will be donated to Lumina Alliance, providing life-changing services that empower survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence in San Luis Obispo County.
