Wednesdays at 7pm. This class offers a gentle, deeply nourishing practice using passive, supported poses and props to promote deep relaxation and healing, accessible to all levels. Poses are held for extended periods to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, and lower blood pressure. Yin Yoga poses may be woven in to gently stretch connective tissues and fascia, offering a complimentary balance of stillness and sensation.
