Mondays: 12pm to 1pm. Drop-in is free fro members of the Ranch and $22 for guests. Emphasis on safe effective body alignment as well as breath awareness and increase range of motion. This class is ideally suited for stretching after athletic activity (like tennis or pickleball!) and will build strength, balance and enhance your well being. Open to all practitioners, ages and abilities.
