SLO County Citizens' Climate Education Meeting

Our meetings take place from 3:30pm - 6:00pm on the 4th Thursday of every month. Location: Social Hall, 2201 Lawton Ave, San Luis Obispo CA 93401. We educate each other about the climate crisis and form a supportive community to face the many coming challenges. We connect with local organizations, share movies, read books, and get resources from our national organization (Unitarian Universalist Association). We invite climate fellows to talk to us about climate resiliency. We provide opportunities for action by staying informed on current legislation, writing and calling representatives, attending local events, sharing personal actions about climate, and encouraging changes at UUSLO.
