Rancho Burro Donkey Sanctuary is a Nonprofit (501c3) Organization located in Arroyo Grande, CA, USA. Our volunteers are an important part of giving our donkeys extra hands-on and loving attention, exercise, grooming, and training. We always need extra hands for cleaning stalls and field areas, especially on the weekends. To volunteer, you must be at least 18 years old, be able to commit to at least two 1/2 days every week for 3 months, and you MUST have recent hands-on experience and knowledge of working with donkeys or horses. In the Additional Volunteer Information Notes section of your response on our website, please list your specific and recent hands-on experience with equines along with your availability, date, and time.
