Reoccurring Figure drawing group session the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. Open to all ages (permission needed for under 18). We will provide live model(s). This is an open studio style class with no guided instructions. Students are encouraged to bring whatever medium they desire. Community, critique, and positive encouragement are what this class is all about! Payment: $20 per session. We suggest bringing a $3-$5 tip for our models (but not required). Silk Artists of California Central Coast (SACCC) is a regional chapter of SPIN (Silk Painters International) whose members represent a wide range of silk artists who never seem to exhaust the infinite ways in which silk art can be expressed. These are not "classes" and there is no formal teaching (although there is lots of sharing and learning). It's an opportunity to work on your own projects with your own materials while picking up new skills among friends.
