Meets weekly on Fridays from 6:30-8:30pm at the Esdras' Home in San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. We are families who are doing our best to figure out how to Love God, Love Each Other and Do Good in the midst of busy lives with our spouses, kids, jobs, houses, and more. Whether you're newly married, expecting, have a full house of kids, or have an empty nest, you are welcome here. We will follow the new Calvary SLO small group study format of an 8-week "season" in the Winter, Spring and Fall. We will be using the church-provided materials that seek to build / expand on the weekly sermons. This is a place for students to build deep connections with others and discover a firm foundation for life by worshiping Jesus, learning the Bible, asking questions, and having a lot of fun. Our prayer is that this VBS will make a lasting impact on the SLO community by sharing the love of Jesus with kids and families. Your children will have an unforgettable time, with every activity, Bible study, and song designed to help them discover more about Jesus and grow in their faith! We are a community of committed women who encourage one another to be more like Jesus Christ; through studying the Bible, support, prayer, confession, and worship, we aim to make the gospel known in our own lives and others. A gathering for those who are 50 and over, designed for fellowship, prayer, sharing a meal and exploring topics relevant to those in this season of their lives. Every Sunday 9:30 - 10:40 am. Students join worship and teaching with the whole of the congregation, sitting together with Youth Leaders (first two rows on the left-hand side of the Sanctuary). Every *4th Sunday, after worship, students are dismissed to the Warehouse Youth Room with their leaders for teaching, discussion, and unlimited snacking.
