Join Executive Chef Charlie Paladin Wayne for an inspiring cooking demonstration that melds a classroom setting with the joy of dining. Learn from Chef Charlie as he works through an assortment of recipes while you enjoy a glass to sip as you taste through his creations. Featuring an array of carriages, guests can now "cruise" the vineyard and enjoy a lovely adventure together. Every ride includes a bottle of wine and an artisan assortment of cheese and charcuterie.
