Activities

We hold Sunday worship every week at 10 a.m., and you can attend in person or via our live stream. The service recording is posted on our YouTube page, so you can also watch it later.

The men's breakfast group meets on the 3rd Friday of the month at 8 a.m. here in San Luis Obispo. More info here: https://fpcslo.org/lifeofthechurch

The women's breakfast group meets on the 4th Friday of each month at 8:30 a.m.

Every Wednesday from 4:30– 7:00pm at First Presbyterian Church SLO. Wednesdays at the Rock is a free program for kids in 6th grade or younger. Each week we will have Bible Lessons, Music, Crafts, Gym Time, Dinner, and Fellowship. Service opportunities will also be a part of our program. Wednesdays at the Rock is a safe place for all kids. This year we will have two groups. Group 1 will be for the younger kids and Group 2 will be for the older kids. We will spend time together and time for each group to have age-appropriate activities. All kids are welcome!

If you love music, we have two groups that help enhance our worship services all year round. Both groups meet on Wednesday evenings. Church Choir meets at 7 p.m. (at First Presbyterian Church SLO)

Youth Group at First Presbyterian Church San Luis Obispo. All students 7th through 12th grade are welcome! Sunday Nights from 5 – 7 p.m.

Nursery Care – 9:45 to 11:15 (ages 0-4). Sunday School (5 yrs-6th grade)– Children start in worship and head to Sunday School after the Time With Children.

If you love music, we have two groups that help enhance our worship services all year round. Both groups meet on Wednesday evenings. Handbell Choir meets at 5:45 p.m. (at First Presbyterian Church SLO)

For women who want to join a group, we have several options available. Through Presbyterian Women, the Friendship Circle meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month in the mornings, the Virginia Terry Circle meets on the 2nd Wednesday evening via Zoom, and Women of the Word meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday afternoons.

Sunday School– Meets in the mornings after Worship from 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Watch for a start date!.
