NexGen is a new and funNexGen is a new and fun dance camp that teaches social dancing skills to the Next Generation! Jun 09, 2025, 9:00 AM – Jun 13, 2025, 4:00 PM Nexus SLO (Inside the SLO Public Market) All camps will include an hour-by-hour schedule, games, choreography, play and learning! This camp will be intro to breakdancing, hip hop, and some jazz technique.
May 31, 2025, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. No partner or experience needed! Step into the world of Argentine Tango with this special two-hour Explore Tango Discovery Class! Perfect for brand new dancers, this workshop is designed to introduce you to the beauty, connection, and rhythm. Every Thursdays at Nexus, 3845 S. Higuera, SLO with Rich. Join us for a guide to Argentine Tango on the Central Coast of California! Our class schedule is as follows: 6:30-7:30pm-Intermediate. 7:30-8:00pm - Fundamentals 1 (Moving Together). 8:00-8:30pm: Fundamentals 2 (Taking Turns). 8:30-9:00pm Fundamentals 3 (Key Elements). Dancers not ready for the intermediate level material are welcome to use the first hour for warm-up and practice. Intermediate dancers are welcome to stay and practice or participate in the fundamentals classes. $20 drop-in for the whole evening ($10 for a single fundamentals class). Join us Saturday, June 28 for an advanced Country Swing lesson at 7PM, followed by social dancing at 8PM. This country-themed social will focus on partner dancing.
