2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (1 hour). Location: The Pad SLO. This Prosperity Group qualifies for two free group meet-ups per month for up to 20 people. 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (1 hour), Location:The Pad SLO. Hosted by instructor Liz Crosby. This flow-style class synchronizes movement and breath to build a strong, healthy, and flexible body while fostering a peaceful, present-focused mindset. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Please remove socks and shoes prior to class. Fitness mats will be providedare available for use. Participants are welcome to bring their own fitness mats. Arrive no earlier than 5:30pm to set up your station. Please check-in at the Front Desk. You must have an electronic profile and waiver on file with The Pad Climbing to participate in yoga. Cost: Class fees are donation based and paid directly to the instructor. If you would like to stay and climb, we require a day pass purchase or membership with The Pad.
