Weekly classes are held in the meadow at Stolo Vineyards and Winery. Exercising outdoors has numerous health benefits and can improve mental health. You will build flexibility, balance, and strength while enjoying a peaceful setting surrounded by wildflowers, grapevines, and a trio of horned fainting goats. All ages and beginners are welcome!
