Every Thursday 9-10:15 am at VYANA Wellness Collective. $20 drop-in. Join us for a gentle, restorative, Kripalu-style yoga class designed to guide you into a deeper connection to your higher self through gentle poses and breath work.

Weekly classes are held in the meadow at Stolo Vineyards and Winery. Exercising outdoors has numerous health benefits and can improve mental health. You will build flexibility, balance, and strength while enjoying a peaceful setting surrounded by wildflowers, grapevines, and a trio of horned fainting goats. All ages and beginners are welcome! Cambria’s market aims to provide the highest quality seasonal produce and prepared foods to our community and visitors. Don’t expect to find trinkets or crafts though, as our market is food only.
