On the first and third Thursday of every month from 01:00 PM - 02:00 PM. Location: 1051 Las Tablas Rd., Templeton, CA 93465. Support groups offer a chance for people to talk about their experiences with others living with cancer to help reduce stress. Participants can share feelings, experiences, discuss treatments and how to communicate with health care providers and family members. So that no one faces cancer alone. Students are introduced to the different types of spin, first and second serves, ad scoring, and some basic tennis strategies. The goal of the clinic is to sustain a rally with a partner and play a full match with ad scoring.

This well-rounded evening class infuses balance poses, music and a variety of sequences meant to help unravel the day and bring ease into the body. Suitable for all levels. This class is meant to benefit the mind body connection emphasizing safe and effective alignment as well as breath awareness and relaxation.

Players will also be introduced to some specialty shots; slice, approach shot, volley, swinging volley, etc. The overall goal of the clinic is to become a complete tennis player ready for high school tennis and beyond.
Every Saturday 1:30 pm, Sunday 10 am. Join us for a fun and informative 6 mile eBike tour through the beautiful Whale Rock Vineyard. Along the way, you’ll learn about organic farming practices, toss a disc on the disc golf course, and enjoy a sip of sparkling rosé among the vines. We then pedal over to the neighboring Bethel Rd Distillery and Winery to take in the view while tasting a bit of spirits or wine before returning to Castoro Cellars.
