Tuesdays & Thursdays: 3:30pm to 5pm, Saturdays: 11am to 12:30pm. Cost: 60-minute sessions: $18/members, $30/guests. 90-minute sessions: $22/members, $35/guests. (Juniors can become a tennis member for just $40/month.) Green Ball builds on the fundamentals developed in prior clinics. This clinic emphasizes consistency and technique. Students are introduced to the different types of spin, first and second serves, ad scoring, and some basic tennis strategies. The goal of the clinic is to sustain a rally with a partner and play a full match with ad scoring.

This well-rounded evening class infuses balance poses, music and a variety of sequences meant to help unravel the day and bring ease into the body. Suitable for all levels. This class is meant to benefit the mind body connection emphasizing safe and effective alignment as well as breath awareness and relaxation.
