The community of Arroyo Grande ushers in the holiday season with the Holiday Parade the first Sunday of December. The annual Holiday Parade typically begins at 5 p.m. at East Branch Street next to City Hall, then proceeds to Traffic Way and Branch Street. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month from 6:30-8:30pm at Berean Bible Church (310 North Halcyon Road, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420) The purpose of this ministry is to help young adults follow Jesus, by nurturing a growing love for Him and His Church. Whether they are on campus, on the job, or at home, we desire to equip and exhort this generation to live boldly as lights in the world. Sat, 14th Jun. 10:00 AM-12:00 PM in Heritage Square Park, 207 Nelson St, Arroyo Grande, Ca 93420.Each month Earth Shine hosts a Cleanup Event on the Second Saturday of the month in a different Central Coast community. These events are a great way to work together as a community to help the places we call home look their best. We supply everything you'll need to make an impact including grabbers, bags, safety vests and gloves, and we even dispose of all that we collect. All we're missing is you and your desire to be part of the solution to litter in our open spaces, streets, and waterways in the communities we call home. We treat all of our volunteers to a light lunch at the conclusion of each event. Usually this will be in the form of pizza and sodas, but occasionally we mix it up with delicious street tacos.
