Our surf lessons are available year-round! We offer Morro Bay surf lessons at all ages, skill, and ability levels; we have four primary categories: Fundamental, Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. Lessons are 1.5 hours long and provide all the gear you need, including Surfboard, Wetsuit, and Instructor. All surf lessons are private, so it will be just you, your family or friends and the instructor. Lesson start times are 10 am, 12:15 pm, and 2:30 pm. We teach surf lessons in Morro Bay everyday. We also teach surf lessons in Cayucos as well. All of our surfing locations are between 18-22 minutes west of San Luis Obispo. Depending on current surf conditions, location may vary to make sure we are surfing the best waves possible. Prices range from $75-120 per lesson. Every Wednesday. 7:15 PM-8:15 PM (60 min). Wind down from the day and the week with this grounding, relaxing yoga class and sound bath. Yin yoga consists of gentle and meditative floor-based postures that are held for several minutes. Props are used to support the body to create an accessible practice for all. Yin yoga is calming to the nervous system, supports deep release of connective tissues and helps improve the flow of subtle energy throughout the body’s pathways or meridians. Move slowly and mindfully through floor based postures and end class with an extended rest and nourishing sound bath. This class is all levels and is a great way to unwind. Project Surf Camp (PSC) is a charitable organization designed to educate individuals with special needs. Our mission is to build self confidence, self-esteem, and self-efficacy, and we provide opportunities to build social skills, improve physical fitness, develop healthy outlets for stress reduction, and foster independence.Our surf camps take place from June 11,2025 - July 12, 2025 between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Camp days are split into half-day sessions of 4-hours each.We focus on specialist intervention and providing individual feedback and support. Camps will be held at Morro Rock Beach near the Morro Creek outlet (Arrive first at Coleman Park on the Embarcadero, along the Harbor Walk, and we will caravan together to the beach).
