God did not intend for us to go it alone! Join with other students for a time of connection, fun, food, worship, and engaging teachings designed to meet students where they're at and provide real-life wisdom for real-life battles they face.

We are a community of committed women who encourage one another to be more like Jesus Christ through studying the Bible, support, prayer, confession, and worship, we aim to make the gospel known in our own lives and others. At this time, the group consists of women in our 20's- 40's, but all are welcome!

Our Home Groups create a close-knit community of believers within the church who gather regularly in a comfortable and welcoming home setting. They provide a space for authentic relationships, spiritual growth, and mutual support among their members. Individuals and families come together to study the Bible, pray, worship, and share life experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and deeper connections. The intimate setting of a home group allows for open and honest conversations where individuals can share their joys, struggles, and questions, receiving support and encouragement from fellow believers. Beyond the study of God's Word, our home groups offer opportunities for fellowship and acts of service. Additionally, they seek ways to serve their local community, reaching out with compassion and meeting the needs of those around them. Through these acts of service, the home group becomes an extension of Christ's love in action, making a positive impact in the lives of others. All Jr. High and High School students are invited to join our youth group. We teach through the Word of God, book by book in order that the youth receive the full counsel of God. We also recognize a need to teach topical at times knowing that this is an age in which these youth are presented with many tough choices and issues like peer pressure, dating, evolution and many other topics that arise in a young teen’s life. With these issues and choices before a junior higher’s path, it’s through the Word of God and the leading of His Spirit that a young teen can find his/her way. As a group we want to be doers of the Word and not just hearers. This group meets Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 8 in the Youth Room.

Our aim is to provide a space where young people can explore and deepen their faith, connect with peers who share similar values, and grow into passionate followers of Christ. Through engaging activities, interactive discussions, and relevant teachings, we empower youth to navigate the challenges of their teenage years with the guidance of biblical principles and a supportive community. In addition to our regular activities, we offer camps designed to inspire and equip teenagers on their faith journey. These immersive experiences provide a unique opportunity for youth to encounter God, deepen their relationship with Him, and gain practical tools for navigating the unique challenges they face. Our goal is to empower young people to discover their identity in Christ, embrace their God-given talents, and become influential agents of positive change in their families, schools, and communities. Young Adults Ministry is designed to help 18-30 year olds discover their God-given purpose and provide a place for them to do so alongside others on the same journey. We are a real church, full of real people, with real problems – looking for real answers. Whether you have known Jesus for 5 years, 5 days or are in the process of navigating faith, here is a place where everyone is welcome. Our mission is to move young adults from where they are to where God wants them to be.
Every Wednesday 6:30pm - 8pm at Oasis Church (1562 W. Grand Ave. Grover Beach, CA 93433). Power To Choose Recovery Meeting explores our power over our choices. Addictions and compulsions remove the power of choice. If we've lost the power of choice, then we continue to make decisions based on Self that bring about destructive patterns of behavo=ior in our lives. So we need a power that will restore our power to choose. The Twelve Step model set forth in the Power to Chose is a pathway to an intimate and peaceful relationship with God, ourselves and others.

Every month on the first Wednesday of the month and the third Wednesday of the month from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Whether remarried with young children, teenagers, or adult children, blended families have unique challenges to navigate. Join us as we share experiences, inspire, and encourage each other.
Wednesdays at the Student Center • 6:30pm Dinner • 7pm Service. We start with worship in the auditorium with high school and then we break to the Life Center for teaching and small groups. Junior High Service also happens during first service at 9 am in the Student Center.
We hold a Bible Study each Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm at CBCSLO. The first Wednesday of the month is typically a leadership meeting, so check on this site or call the church office to be sure of the schedule.
