The class is for all levels, including beginners. You'll be guaranteed to leave class in a positive state of spirit, mind and body.

This class is designed to get to the core of human movement by adding muscular strength and definition with the use of hand weights and other strength equipment. The class will incorporate traditional weight-room exercises and compound exercises using weighted bars and dumbbells to strengthen your entire body.
Every Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm. San Luis Obispo County YMCA - Childwatch. Our childcare staff will watch after your little ones and provide a stimulating, creative atmosphere that introduces your child to arts and crafts, dramatic play, and toys appropriate to their motor skill level. One full hour of service is available to Family Facility Members and must be reserved at least one hour before time of use. Parents must remain in the YMCA facility while using this service. Please be sure to arrive within the first 15 minutes of your hour long window. If you do not show up to your scheduled time you may be charged a fee. Visit our website for more information.
