7 days a week @ 12:00 PM. (Heated) Power Flow classes draw inspiration from the Baptiste Yoga Journey into Power sequence, offering a dynamic vinyasa flow. Designed to tone, strengthen, and rejuvenate, this energetic practice clears the mind and fosters a sense of empowerment. With a strong emphasis on breath, Power Flow provides a challenging and rewarding experience for students of all levels, though some familiarity with sun salutations is recommended. Saturdays, July 12 & 26, and August 9, 2025 from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m. Super Rec Saturdays offer the public a full day of recreational swim featuring a fun obstacle course, diving boards, activities, and music. Come on down to the SLO Swim Center and dress up for the Superhero Parade happening at 1:30 pm, get your splash on during the cannon ball contest at 2:30 pm, and make sure to find a partner for the water balloon toss game at 3:30 pm each day. This one-week musical theatre camp is open to all experience levels. Along with theatre and improv games, students will sing, dance, and act as they work together to bring to life an abridged version of a popular musical. The class will end with a celebratory sharing for family and friends. Please note that repeated titles will be adapted for that class’ age range. This class will end with a “sharing” for family and friends on Friday, June 20. Because a good portion of our camp time will be spent preparing for the sharing, daily attendance is strongly encouraged. 2 hours @ $72.00, offered every Saturday at 1:00pm. Come hand-build a mug with us! The price is per person and includes clay, use of tools and wheels, and underglazes. Work will be ready 3-4 weeks from the date you make it. Once the work is completely dry, we bisque fire it for 24 hours, glaze the work and glaze fire it for 36 hours.
