Sunday afternoons at 3:30 pm from un 22 2025 - Jul 20 2025. Book Club at the Center! Come join us this Summer to read "How Yoga Works" by Geshe Michael Roach. How Yoga Works is a fictionalized account that translates the ancient Yoga Sutras into a novel, offering a fresh and accessible interpretation of Patanjali's teachings. It tells the story of a young girl, a prisoner in India, who uses the Yoga Sutras to guide and heal her captors and the surrounding village. We'll meet in our 3rd Floor Community Room on Sunday afternoon at 3:30 for five weeks. No worries if you have to miss a Sunday! But, space is limited, so if you can make it most Sundays, please sign up! Book Club is donation-based. All donations will go to our Seva Yoga fundraising partner, Prison Yoga Project.
