Are you interested in helping to provide food for low income families in our community? ALF Food Pantry is in need of volunteers to to hand out pre-filled boxes and produce to clients. Volunteers self schedule and there are no minimum requirements. Food distribution to clients is 1 - 3PM Monday through Friday, and shifts for baggers are 12:45 to 3:15PM. Jun 16, 2025 - Jun 20, 2025. Monday to Friday. Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm. This class is for ages 6-8. Location: 3533 Empleo St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. This one-week musical theatre camp is open to all experience levels. Along with theatre and improv games, students will sing, dance, and act as they work together to bring to life an abridged version of a popular musical. The class will end with a celebratory sharing for family and friends. Please note that repeated titles will be adapted for that class’ age range. This class will end with a “sharing” for family and friends on Friday, June 20. Because a good portion of our camp time will be spent preparing for the sharing, daily attendance is strongly encouraged. This class if for YMCA members and takes place every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 pm in Studio 2. Improve your balance and flexibility. Barre offers a unique, no impact, high energy fusion of barre work and weight resistance that will tone your body.

Ultimate Day Camp (UDC) provides a traditional camp environment for Campers 5–13 years old. Campers are separated by the grades for most the of the day and then will merge together at the end of the day. All Campers in attendance will be provided a morning and afternoon snack. Registration fees include 1 Camp t–shirt (must be worn on all Camp field trips; additional shirts may be purchased for $20). Campers should bring to camp daily: sunscreen, hat, water, closed–toe shoes and a healthy lunch. Each week Campers explore a new adventure, based on The Amazing Race, with thematic weekly activities that include: craft time, weekly science experiments and cooking lessons, outdoor play and sports, two swimming trips, an off–site excursion (Everyone will go on the field trip; there will not be anyone staying back at Camp) and an on–site special event or guest speaker… as well as some good old fashioned PLAY time. Professionally trained staff guide Campers through these theme–based weeks of unforgettable memories. Campers will be transported on field trips using SLO Safe Ride. Camp hours are 7:30 am - 5:30 pm every day Monday-Friday for one week sessions throughout the summer months. This class if for YMCA members and takes place every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30 pm in Studio 2. This class will emphasize core strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration. The class is for all levels, including beginners. You'll be guaranteed to leave class in a positive state of spirit, mind and body.

Tue from 6:00pm – 7:30pm & Thu from 6:00pm – 7:30pm. For ages 13 yrs – Adult. This class is for high-intermediate through advanced dancers studying a minimum of two ballet classes per week (Ballet 3 & up). The class is rigorous, demanding advanced technique, artistry, and musicality. Instructor: Theresa Slobodnik. $20 per class
