Our children's department (Kid's Club) gives children (pre K - 6th grade) the opportunity to learn about God in a fun and interactive way through our Sunday morning activities during our Sunday 10 am service. Sundays 10-10:45 am. Students are invited to join us on Sunday mornings for discipleship groups! While the study material will be similar, Junior High and High School students will meet in separate locations. We will have snacks, fellowship, and (hopefully!) great discussions.These groups meet upstairs in the gym. The Junior High group will be in room 206 and the High School group will be in room 205!

Our surf lessons are available year-round! We offer Morro Bay surf lessons at all ages, skill, and ability levels; we have four primary categories: Fundamental, Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. Lessons are 1.5 hours long and provide all the gear you need, including Surfboard, Wetsuit, and Instructor. All surf lessons are private, so it will be just you, your family or friends and the instructor. Lesson start times are 10 am, 12:15 pm, and 2:30 pm. We teach surf lessons in Morro Bay everyday. We also teach surf lessons in Cayucos as well. All of our surfing locations are between 18-22 minutes west of San Luis Obispo. Depending on current surf conditions, location may vary to make sure we are surfing the best waves possible. Prices range from $75-120 per lesson. Every Sunday, 10:00am to 1:30pm at Laguna Lake Park, 504 Madonna Road, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. We are looking for volunteers to serve alongside our Parks and Recreation Ranger Service Division to build dirt jumps under the guidance and supervision of City staff. This is a community-driven pilot project and volunteers play a crucial role in the ongoing success of the bike park; once construction is complete, ongoing maintenance will be performed by volunteers. Tasks are generally consistent week-to-week with any significant variation communicated to volunteers with ample notice. Service days typically involve using hand tools (e.g., shovels, picks, hoes, rakes, etc.) to shape the park and form the course through building out features.
