Every Friday. 5:30 AM-7:00 AM (90 min) at Let's Get Tuned (781 Market Ave, Morro Bay, CA) This class is a bundle of bliss. It’s the ultimate treat for your body, nervous system, subtle energy and consciousness. Yin yoga consists of gentle and meditative floor-based postures that are held for several minutes. Props are used to support the body to create an accessible practice for all. Yin yoga is calming to the nervous system, supports deep release of connective tissues and helps improve the flow of subtle energy throughout the body’s pathways or meridians. After opening up the pathways of the body you will be guided through a yoga nidra meditation, a rotation of consciousness inducing a ‘yogic sleep’ a deep meditative space between wakefulness and sleeping where you can access the subconscious parts of your mind. Class concludes with a blissful sound bath savasana, creating a complete and restful practice. Benefits of this class include better sleep, improved energy and mood, increased flexibility and a decrease in muscle tension and mental stress. This class is suitable for all levels!

Every Friday. 9 AM-10:15 AM (75 min). Subtle Body yoga is a kundalini yoga inspired class that focuses on awareness and energetic shifts. Physical postures, breathing practices and chanting are used to positively impact the flow of energy in the body. Class includes a combination of dynamic and still postures, with an emphasis on being a witness to your experience. In this Wednesday evening class you can expect to work your physical body while also getting a nourishing energetic reset. Class includes a sound bath savasana. Benefits of this class include releasing stress and energetic/emotional tension, increasing immunity, improving respiratory function, giving your nervous system a tune-up and giving the body and mind a deep rest and reset in savasana. Project Surf Camp (PSC) is a charitable organization designed to educate individuals with special needs. Our mission is to build self confidence, self-esteem, and self-efficacy, and we provide opportunities to build social skills, improve physical fitness, develop healthy outlets for stress reduction, and foster independence.Our surf camps take place from June 11,2025 - July 12, 2025 between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Camp days are split into half-day sessions of 4-hours each.We focus on specialist intervention and providing individual feedback and support. Camps will be held at Morro Rock Beach near the Morro Creek outlet (Arrive first at Coleman Park on the Embarcadero, along the Harbor Walk, and we will caravan together to the beach). Wednesdays and Fridays 9:00am - 10:00 am. Join Jenny’s Freestyle Fitness class for exercise tailored to your needs. Focus on balance, coordination, muscle tone, flexibility, stretching, low-impact dancing and moderate cardio. Dress comfortably, wear athletic shoes and bring water. Light weights are encouraged. Our surf lessons are available year-round! We offer Morro Bay surf lessons at all ages, skill, and ability levels; we have four primary categories: Fundamental, Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. Lessons are 1.5 hours long and provide all the gear you need, including Surfboard, Wetsuit, and Instructor. All surf lessons are private, so it will be just you, your family or friends and the instructor. Lesson start times are 10 am, 12:15 pm, and 2:30 pm. We teach surf lessons in Morro Bay everyday. We also teach surf lessons in Cayucos as well. All of our surfing locations are between 18-22 minutes west of San Luis Obispo. Students will create a series of their own pop art style relief prints. Every Friday, 6:30–8:30pm PDT. Shoreline Calvary, 2050 Ironwood Ave, Morro Bay, CA 93442. Every Friday night from 6:30-8pm, we gather as a youth group to grow in our relationship with Jesus through Bible study and fellowship. Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers meet separately, but occasionally they combine for part or all of the evening. On a typical Friday night, we will play a fun, interactive game for 30 minutes, then we transition to studying God’s word together. After Bible study, we will then again enjoy some fun games and fellowship with one another. Our vision is to guide students in the process of being devoted disciples of Christ, through the studying of the Word and deepening relationships with others.

Morro Bay In Bloom hosts a social gardening session every Wednesday and Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. This is a fun and hands-on community-building experience. Join us when you can!
