SLO County Citizens' Climate Education group is a nonpartisan grassroots educational and advocacy group comprised entirely of volunteer citizens. Our goal is to educate SLO County residents about the climate emergency and how they can help reduce carbon emissions to preserve a livable planet. Volunteers in this role set up a table with hygiene products and towels at 3:45 PM in order to be ready to sign folks up at 4 PM when the site opens to the public. At 4 PM, guests will begin to arrive and volunteers sign up interested individuals for the shower program, and make sure they have a towel and shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The last shower guest can enter at 5:15 PM and needs to be out of the shower at 5:30 PM. Study is a little more demanding with introduction to approximately nine more forms. Kicking, punching, blocking and stances become more precise and functional as these moves and the katas are more refined.
