Friends of the Elephant Seal docents are volunteer guides who are happy to answer your questions and help you to better understand your observations at the Piedras Blancas rookery. We are open to volunteers who live in the area full-time and are flexible in working with out-of-town residents who can commit to a once a month Central Coast weekend. After completing training, docents are also invited to participate in other volunteer opportunities, such as serving as a Visitor Center Guide, providing outreach through the Speakers Bureau or collaborating with the Community Science team. A Warm & Welcoming Place. Every Sunday: 10:00 am - 11:00 am. For young people up to the age of 20. Each Sunday School teacher prayerfully studies the Bible Lesson for the week. Following this study, the teacher prepares a class lesson appropriate to the ages of the children within the class. These lessons emphasize God's goodness and that God is LOVE itself. From this foundation, the children learn how they can trust and reach out to their God for help in any situation.

Equipping young people for life through faith in Jesus Christ. Junior High and High School youth meets every Tuesday at The Estuary (1375 E Grand Ave, Arroyo Grande) from 6:30pm - 8:00pm and every Sunday at The Clark Center (Church) at 10:00AM for worship and then breakout after announcements.

Take a scenic ride into the crown jewel of the Central Coast—the historic Santa Margarita Ranch, home of Ancient Peaks Winery’s estate Margarita Vineyard. Out on the ranch, we will wind through the vines on a 12 mile ride and learn about sustainable winegrowing practices as well as the land’s unique geology and abundant native wildlife. Our children's department (Kid's Club) gives children (pre K - 6th grade) the opportunity to learn about God in a fun and interactive way through our Sunday morning activities during our Sunday 10 am service. We also offer childcare for infants and toddlers in order to give parents the peace of mind that their children are taken care of while they worship and grow into a deeper relationship with God.
