Ultimate Day Camp (UDC) provides a traditional camp environment for Campers 5–13 years old. Campers are separated by the grades for most the of the day and then will merge together at the end of the day. All Campers in attendance will be provided a morning and afternoon snack. Registration fees include 1 Camp t–shirt (must be worn on all Camp field trips; additional shirts may be purchased for $20). Campers should bring to camp daily: sunscreen, hat, water, closed–toe shoes and a healthy lunch. Each week Campers explore a new adventure, based on The Amazing Race, with thematic weekly activities that include: craft time, weekly science experiments and cooking lessons, outdoor play and sports, two swimming trips, an off–site excursion (Everyone will go on the field trip; there will not be anyone staying back at Camp) and an on–site special event or guest speaker… as well as some good old fashioned PLAY time. Professionally trained staff guide Campers through these theme–based weeks of unforgettable memories. Campers will be transported on field trips using SLO Safe Ride. Camp hours are 7:30 am - 5:30 pm every day Monday-Friday for one week sessions throughout the summer months. Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:15am-9:00am at San Luis Obispo County YMCA - Group Exercise (Studio 2). This class is designed to get to the core of human movement by adding muscular strength and definition with the use of hand weights and other strength equipment. The class will incorporate traditional weight-room exercises and compound exercises using weighted bars and dumbbells to strengthen your entire body.
This group meets to ride every Monday at 9:00 am at French Park, San Luis Obispo and chooses a destination about 30 miles out in either Grover Beach or Los Osos/Baywood. Campers will start with the basics and will leave camp with their own pair of pajama pants they made themselves! Along the way, they’ll make smaller projects like scrunchies, tote bags, or pillows, building skills and confidence as they go. This class is perfect for beginners. All materials are provided, but campers are encouraged to bring fabric they love! Material information will be provided before camp. By assisting our dedicated Warehouse Staff, you'll help ensure that fresh produce, pantry staples, and no-cook items reach those who need them most. Led by local musician Spencer, kids will explore rhythm and sound through hands-on instruments like maracas, tambourines, and triangles — while Spencer strums guitar and leads singalongs to spark imagination and connection. Whether your child is just discovering their voice or already dancing to the beat, all are welcome in this open, playful space.

We are mostly watercolor-based but branch out into other media. We discuss all elements but mostly color and its interactions, and we explore composition, intention, and process. Price: $35/session. It's an opportunity to work on your own projects with your own materials while picking up new skills among friends.
