Come learn about a few common bird species that live on the Santa Margarita Ranch, with a focus on Bald Eagles, Golden Eagles, and Red-tailed Hawks. Together, we will take a walk on the wild side while we gain an understanding of the role that these organisms play in the Ranch ecosystem. We will learn how to identify these birds using sight and sound and find out why they are so famous. Let's uncover some of the mystery surrounding their lives! Tuesday Mornings at 10:00am in Fellowship Hall. Join us for this Intro to Strength Training class focused on core strength, stability, and mobility. This class is open to all ages and fitness levels. We will incorporate a mixture of challenging floor exercises, light dumbbells and resistance bands. All exercises can be modified to accommodate for any past injuries or current limitations. The goal is to make progress from your current starting point. You can start now, there is no reason to wait! Each session is drop in but it’s great to RSVP so Shahrad can plan accordingly.
