5:45pm (75 min) | Every Monday. The word Kundalini means “coiled energy”. When energy moves freely through the chakras, it stimulates our mental, physical, and spiritual health. The ultimate goal is to bring the energy from the base of the spine through the chakras, and out the crown of the head. This ancient yoga practice is a combination of pranayama, meditation, chanting, and physical postures. Helping to increase self-awareness and consciousness while simultaneously building physical vitality! All levels are welcome and will be supported.
