The ultimate goal is to bring the energy from the base of the spine through the chakras, and out the crown of the head. This ancient yoga practice is a combination of pranayama, meditation, chanting, and physical postures. Helping to increase self-awareness and consciousness while simultaneously building physical vitality! All levels are welcome and will be supported.
