Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing that involves channeling universal life force energy through a light or no touch method through the practitioner's hands. “Rei” means universal, and “ki" means life force energy. The sound frequencies from singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments have a remarkable ability to gently ease your body into a state of restoration, working in harmony with your body’s innate self healing system.
