The Teen Center is a free facility featuring video games, music, pool table, small cafe and much more. Located between Georgia Brown Dual Immersion Program and Paso Robles High School, the center is easily accessible to our young community members. The Teen Center is open to ages 6th through 12th grades and also enjoys access to the adjacent full-court gymnasium for drop-in basketball and other sports! The Teen Center is a non-custodial program. Participants will sign in but staff does not track when they come and go. Hours: Monday: Gym is open from 1:30pm-5pm, Teen Center from 2pm-5pm; Tuesday through Thursday: Gym is open from 2:30pm-5pm, Teen Center from 3pm-5pm. This is an ecumenical group of women & men who provide emergency food service on weekdays from 2-4:00 p.m. at 192B South 9th street & Rockaway, Grover Beach. Volunteers also work weekday mornings to receive & stock food. Coordinator: Fern Schilt 481-2877.

The Teen Center is located inside the Colony Park Community Center. In addition to offering a variety of fun games and sports for teens from 6th grade to 12th grade, including air hockey, pool, ping pong, Xbox, movies, boardgames, dodgeball and basketball. Staff at the Teen Center also run activities and play games with the teens daily. Teen Center membership is only $20/year and scholarships are available. UUSLO provides free food to those in need every Wednesday from 3 to 4:30 pm in the Social Hall. We provide a pantry service where people may choose from the products available that week. Member volunteers run the pantry. The team takes care of: picking up bulk amounts of food from the Food Bank and delivering to UUSLO (a truck or van is helpful), setting it up on tables for people to choose what they want, guiding people as they arrive and go through food area, cleaning the area afterwards (putting tables away, wiping counters, etc). Mondays, Wednesdays: 4pm to 5pm, Saturdays: 9 to 10am. Orange Ball incorporates a mixture of drills and games that are designed to make learning tennis easy. The overall goal of the clinic is to build a solid foundation in the sport and for players to begin rallying with each other. Red Ball introduces young players to the fundamentals of tennis: forehand, backhand, volley and serve. The class incorporates drills and games that develop hand-eye coordination and proper tennis technique. The overall goal of the clinic is to have fun and to develop an early interest in tennis.
Refined manners encompass a wide range of behaviors that elevate your dog's presence in any situation. Our Refined Manners Class focuses on essential skills such as polite greetings, calm leash walking, impeccable table manners, and respectful interactions with people and other dogs.
