Every Tuesday. 8:00 PM-9:15 AM (75 min). Strong flow invites you to challenge yourself with advanced postures. This does not mean fast. The practice is still informed and led by the breath with plenty of options and guidance to take your poses to the next level. This class is perfect if you want to explore and play with variations of traditional postures and give yourself a challenge. Class concludes with a sweet sound bath savasana to integrate the work and balance it with deep rest. This class is for Intermediate/Advanced levels. Morro Bay In Bloom hosts a social gardening session every Wednesday and Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. This is a fun and hands-on community-building experience. Join us when you can! Project Surf Camp (PSC) is a charitable organization designed to educate individuals with special needs. Our mission is to build self confidence, self-esteem, and self-efficacy, and we provide opportunities to build social skills, improve physical fitness, develop healthy outlets for stress reduction, and foster independence.Our surf camps take place from June 11,2025 - July 12, 2025 between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Camp days are split into half-day sessions of 4-hours each.We focus on specialist intervention and providing individual feedback and support. Camps will be held at Morro Rock Beach near the Morro Creek outlet (Arrive first at Coleman Park on the Embarcadero, along the Harbor Walk, and we will caravan together to the beach). July 8-10, 2025. 10am-12pm. For ages 6-12. Are you ready to get messy? We will be learning about printmaking tools & techniques that are sure to make a big impresson! Students will create a series of their own pop art style relief prints. We will also try Gyotaku, a traditional form of Japanese printing with real fish and seaweed on rice paper. $120/week includes all supplies and snacks. Our surf lessons are available year-round! We offer Morro Bay surf lessons at all ages, skill, and ability levels; we have four primary categories: Fundamental, Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. Lessons are 1.5 hours long and provide all the gear you need, including Surfboard, Wetsuit, and Instructor. All surf lessons are private, so it will be just you, your family or friends and the instructor. Lesson start times are 10 am, 12:15 pm, and 2:30 pm. We teach surf lessons in Morro Bay everyday. We also teach surf lessons in Cayucos as well. All of our surfing locations are between 18-22 minutes west of San Luis Obispo. Depending on current surf conditions, location may vary to make sure we are surfing the best waves possible. Prices range from $75-120 per lesson. We’ll talk about invisible things and how to make them visible, create invisible ink pens, and build a black light art gallery. Level 1 Swim Lessons -- Beginners. July 1st - July 11th @ 12:35pm Tuesday - Friday (We will be closed Friday July 4th in observance of the holiday). Location: Morro Bay High School Aquatics Center. For kids 3-6. Level 1 - This level is for swimmers to get used to the water and learn life saving safety skills. Skills practiced include entering and exiting the water safely, blowing bubbles, submerging under water, back float supported to unsupported, front float supported to unsupported, gliding. Lessons will be 30 minutes in length. Lessons will be 1 instructor to 5 participants. $108.00.
