This class if for YMCA members and takes place every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30 pm in Studio 2. This class will emphasize core strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration. We are a safe place for trans* and gender non-conforming people, as well as those questioning. The group is restricted to those between the ages of 11 and 18. This is a facilitated informal support group (not therapy) where we hold fund, safe space for trans and non-binary youth. It is a safe place to be heard, to share your story, and to hear stories that may sound surprisingly like your own, to eat snacks, play games, socialize, and hang out. Interested in joining a fun co-ed softball team? YPNG puts together teams in the fall, spring, and summer seasons and no experience is necessary! Our teams are all about having fun, meeting news friends and taking a break from work to get outside! Each season historically runs 10 games long, with games occurring every Tuesday (excluding potential holidays), with starting times at either 6:30, 7:40, or 8:50 (the city mixes the schedule up to give a roughly equal number of games at each starting time for each team).
